Yes. The documents are based on the official Musterprotokoll (§ 2 (1a) GmbHG), which every notary knows and recognises.
Do I still need a notary?
Yes — a UG formation must be notarized by law. Because you arrive with complete Musterprotokoll documents, the notary only certifies them, which keeps notary costs at the statutory minimum with no extra drafting fees.
