After forming your UG: the next steps
With the notarized documents in hand, you are almost there. This sequence will help you move forward:

Book the notary appointment and bring the formation documents with you.

Open a business bank account for your UG in formation.

Deposit the share capital and keep the deposit receipt.

The notary files the commercial-register application with the district court.

Register your trade with the trade office (Gewerbeamt).

Register the UG with the tax office for tax purposes.
