   Open a business bank account for your UG (in formation).

   Deposit the share capital into the business account and keep the deposit receipt.

   The notary files the commercial register application with the district court.

   Register your trade with the responsible trade office (Gewerbeamt).

   Register the UG with the tax office (Finanzamt).
